Return and Refund Policy
bellawed accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. This policy applies to purchases made directly through https://www.bellawed.com.
Return eligibility
The product must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the condition received. Original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included materials must be returned when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Starting a return
Before sending a product, email hello@bellawed.com with the order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Include photographs if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
After approval, mail the return according to the instructions we provide to:

Returns are accepted by mail. Products sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For a change of mind, sizing preference, or another non-defective return, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
For a verified damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, bellawed pays reasonable return shipping costs and provides a prepaid label or other return instructions when appropriate.
Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. bellawed does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.
Non-returnable products
We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond reasonable inspection, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without first contacting us. Gift cards cannot be returned.
A product is considered final sale only when that limitation is clearly shown on its product page before purchase. Final-sale products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged on arrival, incomplete, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products
Inspect the order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Exchanges
bellawed does not process direct exchanges. For an eligible product, complete a return and place a separate order for the preferred size, color, or style.
Cancellations
Contact hello@bellawed.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. An order can be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. After dispatch, the standard return procedure applies.
Refunds
We inspect returned products after arrival and notify the customer of the decision. For an approved return, bellawed initiates the refund to the original payment method within 30 calendar days after inspection and approval.
Banks and payment providers can require additional time to post the credit. If a refund has not appeared after the stated processing period and the payment provider's normal posting time, contact hello@bellawed.com or +1 313-330-4843.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
