Shipping Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through https://www.bellawed.com.

Where we ship

bellawed currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations are determined by the delivery options shown during checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States at 185 Pickard Rd, Zavalla, TX 75980.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time begin processing on the following business day.

Processing time is separate from transit time. If an unusual delay materially affects an order, we will contact the customer using the information supplied at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Standard transit normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. The total expected delivery period is therefore approximately 4–10 business days, including handling and transit.

Delivery dates are estimates. Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruption, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control can delay delivery.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

If an expedited or optional service is available, its charge and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout before payment. bellawed does not add undisclosed mandatory shipping, handling, or service charges after an order is placed.

Carriers and tracking

The carrier is selected according to the destination and service availability. When tracking is available, we send a shipping-confirmation email with the tracking number after dispatch. Carrier systems can require 24–72 hours to show the first tracking update.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries

For a materially delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered order, contact hello@bellawed.com or +1 313-330-4843 with the order number and relevant details. For damaged deliveries, include photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy when the claim is verified.
