These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://www.bellawed.com and purchases made from bellawed. By visiting the website, submitting an order, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Store information

The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products and process transactions.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use the services for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Minor differences that do not materially change the product can occur.
Product availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or update product information. A product listing does not guarantee that an item remains available until an order is accepted.
Brand names and trademarks appearing on product pages belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the product and does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation beyond any relationship expressly disclosed on the website.
4. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless the website clearly states otherwise. Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before the customer submits payment.
We may correct a pricing or product-information error before accepting or fulfilling an order. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer and provide the option to proceed using the corrected information or cancel the order for a refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we begin fulfillment or send a shipment confirmation.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, an order appears fraudulent or unauthorized, or a material pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected will be returned to the original payment method.
Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information. Contact us promptly if information needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
6. Payment
Payment methods are those displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or bank credentials by email, telephone, or the website contact form.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, handling time, transit estimates, charges, tracking, and delivery procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy published on this website. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The bellawed name, website layout, original text, graphics, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website and retain ordinary transaction records for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.
Third-party product names, logos, photographs, descriptions, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to the extent authorized or otherwise permitted by law.
11. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant bellawed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated, or infringes another person's rights. We do not create or publish fabricated customer reviews.
12. Third-party services and links
The website may link to carriers, payment providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on this website. Shopify and enabled service providers may process information needed to host the store, process payment, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide support, and operate permitted analytics or marketing services.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, bellawed and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse bellawed for reasonable losses and expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
17. Termination
We may restrict access to the website when a user materially violates these Terms, attempts fraud, threatens website security, or engages in unlawful activity. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination remain effective.
18. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas and the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact hello@bellawed.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms removes a customer's right to use an available court, regulator, or dispute process provided by law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, business practices, or law. The revised version becomes effective when posted with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless permitted by law.
