Promotions Terms & Conditions

These Promotions Terms and Conditions apply to promotional offers made by bellawed through https://www.bellawed.com, including discount codes, automatic discounts, percentage discounts, fixed-amount discounts, free-shipping offers, gifts with purchase, seasonal sales, and other limited-time offers.

1. Offer-Specific Terms

Each promotion may include additional terms, such as:

  • Promotion start and end dates

  • Eligible products or collections

  • Minimum purchase requirements

  • Maximum discount amounts

  • Eligible customers or locations

  • Promotion codes

  • Usage limits

  • Product exclusions

Offer-specific terms displayed on the promotional banner, product page, promotion page, email, advertisement, or checkout form part of these Promotions Terms and Conditions.

If an offer-specific term conflicts with this general policy, the clearly disclosed offer-specific term will apply to that promotion.

2. Promotion Period

Promotions are valid only during the dates and times stated in the applicable offer.

Orders must be submitted and the promotion must be successfully applied before the promotion expires. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product, price, discount, or promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotion times are based on Central Time in the United States.

3. Eligibility

Promotions are available only to customers who satisfy the eligibility requirements displayed with the applicable offer.

A promotion may be limited by customer, order, product, collection, shipping destination, sales channel, or other clearly disclosed condition.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply only to purchases completed directly through https://www.bellawed.com.

4. Promotion Codes

When a promotion code is required, the customer must enter the code in the discount code field during checkout.

Customers must confirm that the discount appears in the order summary before submitting payment. Promotion codes cannot normally be applied after an order has been submitted.

Promotion codes must be entered exactly as displayed and may be case-sensitive.

5. Automatic Discounts

Some promotions may be applied automatically when the shopping cart meets the stated requirements.

An automatic discount appearing in the cart does not guarantee eligibility if the order is later changed and no longer meets the applicable conditions.

6. Eligible Products and Exclusions

Promotions apply only to the products, collections, or orders identified in the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to:

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping charges

  • Taxes or duties

  • Products expressly marked as excluded

  • Previous purchases

  • Orders placed outside the promotion period

Availability of eligible products is not guaranteed.

7. Minimum Purchase Requirements

If a promotion requires a minimum purchase amount, the requirement is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after excluded products have been removed and before shipping, taxes, duties, or other non-product charges, unless otherwise stated.

If an order is modified, partially canceled, or partially returned and no longer satisfies the minimum purchase requirement, the promotional value may be recalculated where permitted by law.

8. Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotion code may be used per order.

Promotion codes cannot be combined with other promotion codes, automatic discounts, employee discounts, wholesale pricing, or other offers unless the applicable promotion specifically allows combination.

Store credit and gift cards are treated as payment methods rather than promotion codes, unless otherwise stated.

9. Usage Limits

Promotions may be limited to one use per customer, one use per household, one use per order, or a stated total number of redemptions.

bellawed may determine whether a customer has previously used a promotion by reviewing information reasonably connected to the order, including the customer account, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or device information.

Promotion codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, or applied to previous purchases.

10. Returns and Refunds

Promotional purchases remain subject to the bellawed Return and Refund Policy.

Any approved refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid after discounts were applied.

When only part of a promotional order is returned, the promotional discount may be allocated across the eligible items in the order. If the return causes the remaining order to no longer satisfy the promotion requirements, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotional value received, where permitted by law.

Promotion codes and expired promotional offers will not be reissued solely because an item is returned or an order is canceled.

11. Exchanges

If an exchange is permitted under the applicable Return and Refund Policy, promotional pricing is not guaranteed for the replacement item.

Any price difference may be charged or refunded according to the price and promotion available when the replacement order is processed.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Promotional eligibility may change if an order is modified or partially canceled.

If bellawed cancels an order because an item is unavailable, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the canceled item.

A promotion does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of an order.

13. Misuse and Fraud

bellawed may reject, cancel, or reverse a promotion when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized promotion-code distribution

  • Multiple-account abuse

  • Duplicate use

  • Automated purchasing activity

  • Resale activity

  • Technical manipulation

  • Violation of the promotion terms

  • A pricing or promotional error

Any action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

14. Technical or Pricing Errors

If a promotion is displayed or applied incorrectly because of a technical, typographical, pricing, or system error, bellawed may correct the error and contact affected customers before fulfilling the order.

Customers will be given an appropriate option when required by applicable law.

15. Modification or Termination

bellawed may modify, suspend, or end a promotion when reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, supply limitations, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Changes will not affect eligible orders already completed before the change took effect, except where an order involved fraud, abuse, or a clear technical or pricing error.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Promotions Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
